So what inspired us to explore new avenues in the field of digital Histopathology imaging? We assessed a key unmet need, to reduce the drug-development life cycle. Shorter toxicology study duration would help the product reach market faster. This could be achieved with a transition to digital imaging solutions that will address all impediments and considerably reduce the turnaround time.

Image Analysis and Decision Support System (iADSS)

The Image Analysis and Decision Support System (iADSS), a digital pathology tool classifies not-normal animal tissue slides from normal animal tissue slides. The technology stack used for developing the image analysis engine mimics human experts and is trained and verified to make sure that no abnormal slide is classified as normal. Our rigorous validation process ensures no "not-normal" images are included in “normal” images. The “not normal” images can then be further evaluated, thereby drastically reducing the time and amount of slides a pathologist has to review by over 70%.

iADSS offers you an automated time effective tool for pre-clinical studies and ensures standardization of reports and information. Reports can be generated and shared digitally thereby greatly reducing the turnaround time. iADSS ensures diagnostic accuracy across huge volumes of data.

Analysis

The system classifies not-normal from normal tissue slide images. Image processing algorithms are used for extracting textural, color and histological features of the tissue image. The algorithms are designed, certified and approved until 100% accuracy is achieved.
